Our Story

Built Around the Bean, Not the Trend

Cala Coffee Cahaba Heights opened its doors on Autumn Lane with one conviction: that a great cup of coffee doesn't need a gimmick. It needs a good bean, a calibrated machine, a skilled hand, and enough time to do it right.

Our baristas train for weeks before pulling a solo shot. Our beans are roasted in small batches and rotated every few weeks so the menu stays alive. And our pastries? They come out of the oven before the first customer walks in — not reheated, not frozen, not rushed.

We're not the fastest coffee in Vestavia Hills. We're the kind you come back to.
